Together with Alie Kwint from Kwintessence, I co-developed the MSCA Academy E-learning Course, a targeted training initiative designed to support postdoctoral researchers and host institutions in preparing high-quality MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship proposals under Horizon Europe.

The programme consists of approximately 17 video lectures (~4 hours total), 2 interactive group exercises (~2.5 hours), and a wrap-up Q&A session (1–1.5 hours), supplemented by downloadable support materials, including proposal templates, slides, and official documentation. The training is hosted on the Moodle-based MSCA Academy platform. The course also features dedicated interactive sessions including introduction, trainings on dedicated topics, and a wrap-up session. The format fosters both individual learning and institutional capacity-building. Small-group interactive sessions are capped at 13 participants per group to ensure quality engagement.

Since its launch, the programme has been implemented with multiple universities across Europe, with over 1,000 applicants, supervisors, and support staff participating in the training and associated public webinars, which have drawn audiences from over 40 countries.
